Wish the hotel would have been closer to downtown. The room was sufficiently sized. I prefer having at least one bar of soap. Nice sized shower with foot rest. The bed was decent the pillows were OK. Enough towels. Reasonably sized TV.
Very nice stay! Clean rooms and great beds. Breakfast was good with lots of hot options. No fruit but we survived. Every employee we encountered was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Mattresses are too soft. First room bathroom was not cleaned. Changed rooms. Both front and back handicapped parking places had deep snow. It was difficult to get to my vehicle and get luggage out onto the cart. I couldn't get the luggage cart to my vehicle. I mentioned it to the staff and nothing was done. Someone could have picked up a shovel.
I think the person who checked me in was Kelly. I hope I got the name right, she was amazing. She absolutely made my night with her positive & kind energy. Hotel still smells new, it’s clean and comfortable. Fitness area is great and the breakfast was great! They even seasoned the potatoes with rosemary which I was not expecting for a hotel.
Stayed there last night 2/24 . Shelby greeted me upon my arrival . She was so professional , well spoken and very kind. Amazing young lady representing your Hampton !! The hotel was quiet , clean and I will definitely be back when in the area !! Thank You Shelby !!!
The Rooms were amazing and clean, the staff were so friendly. Kelly and I think the other girls name was jordis were very helpful and sweet when I had any questions or needed anything. Would recommend this hotel.
This is now our second stay and the staff is amazing! Rooms are well maintained and very clean! Very impressed and highly recommend. The two staff members at the front desk , Jordan and Jordis were so sweet and super friendly. I normally do not leave reviews of our hotel stays but this one and their staff definitely deserve the praise!
Super clean, great room, very friendly staff! The only downside is that the walls are pretty thin, so I recommend the top floor. I brought my sound machine so wasn't too bothered. It was a lovely stay!
